Ineos Grangemouth employees sign up to pension plan securing new investment

Ineos Grangemouth (UK) today announced that almost the entire workforce of 1,350 employees has signed up to the company’s new pension plan and accepted its new terms and conditions. The company has confirmed that current salaries for the existing workforce will remain unchanged, as part of the arrangements. The agreement follows a dispute between Ineos and its Grangemouth employees, which had threatened the site’s closure. The acceptance of these changes represents the next milestone in securing the £300-million ($490.3 million)...
