Frutarom Acquires Flavors Maker

Frutarom says it has agreed to acquire flavors manufacturer and supplier Jupiter Flavours (South Wirral, U.K.), for $2.8 million. The agreement includes a deferred payment of $600,000 based on Jupiter’s expected future results. Jupiter generates $2 million in sales, Frutarom says.
