FMC Acquires Natural Colors Company in the U.K.

FMC Corp. says it has acquired natural colors producer Phytone (Burton-on-Trent, U.K.). The products and formulations of Phytone are used by customers in the food, beverage, personal care, and nutrition sectors. The acquisition is in line with FMC's commitment to grow its natural colors portfolio, and represents another step in this strategy.
