African Potash signs agreement to acquire potash asset in the Republic of the Congo

African Potash (London), a company listed on London's AIM exchange, has reentered into an agreement to acquire an indirect 70% interest in Société des Potasses et des Mines (SPM; Brazzaville, Republic of the Congo), held by Patagonia Capital (Port Louis, Mauritius), African Potash announced today.
