Accsys to Form Wood-Technology JV with Ineos

Accsys (Windsor, U.K.) says it has signed a not-legally binding comprehensive heads of terms with Ineos for a 50-50 joint venture that will develop and commercialize Accsys's Tricoya wood elements technology. All future licensing agreements for Tricoya wood elements for use within medium-density fiberboard (MDF), particleboard, and wood plastic composites will be entered into by a new jv between Accsys and Ineos, according to the heads of terms.
