Two Former Ems-Chemie Employees Receive Prison Sentences

Ems-Chemie (Domat/Ems, Switzerland) says that two of its former employees, former head of accounts and a former salesman, have received prison sentences for fraud, falsification of documents, money laundering and misuse of data processing equipment. The company declined to reveal the names of the former employees due to data protection but said that the former head of accounts received an eight year sentence and the former salesman was sentenced to four years imprisonment.
