Sun Gro Acquires Syngenta's Fafard Lawn and Garden Business

Syngenta announced that it has sold its Fafard lawn and garden business to Sun Gro Horticulture. Sun Gro will acquire all of Fafard’s U.S. and Canadian assets, including employees and production plants. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
