Sika Names Next Chairman and CEO

Sika (Baar, Switzerland) has named Paul Hälg as its next chairman, succeeding Walter Grüebler, effective April 17, 2012. Jan Jenisch, meanwhile, will succeed Ernst Bärtschi as Sika CEO on January 1, 2012. Bärtschi is due to retire in May 2012. Hälg has been a Sika board member since 2009 and CEO of Datwyler Group (Altdorf, Switzerland) since 2004. Jenisch has been regional manager, Asia/Pacific at Sika since 2007.
