Sika Acquires U.S. Waterproofing Materials Firm

Sika (Baar, Switzerland) says its Sika Corp. (Lyndhurst, NJ) subsidiary has acquired Greenstreak (St. Louis, MO), a company that manufactures products for the construction industry, including engineered waterstops and joint seals, doweling systems, architectural form liners, pipeline protections, and a range of forming accessories.
