The acquisition enables Sika to enter the Japanese construction chemical market, the company says. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Dyflex, which was established in 1964, had sales of about ¥14 billion ($154 million) in 2009, and employs 350 people. Dyflex’s products and technologies are complementary to Sika’s and will be rolled-out to other countries through Sika’s global sales network...
