Regions :: Western Europe :: Switzerland Sika Acquires Canadian Company1:37 PM MST | December 8, 2011 | Deepti Ramesh Sika (Baar, Switzerland) says that its Sika Canada (Pointe-Claire, Canada) subsidiary has acquired Duochem (Boucherville, Canada), a privately owned company that develops, manufactures and sells polymer flooring and waterproofing products for the construction industry. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Duochem has annual sales of about SF9 million ($10 million), Sika says.
