Messer Buys Stake in Swiss CO2 Firm

Messer says it will buy a 51% stake in Asco Carbon Dioxide (Romanshorn, Switzerland) for an undisclosed sum. Outgoing Asco CEO Thomas Trachsel will retain a 49% share in the business.
