Lonza to Acquire U.S. Software Firm

Lonza says it has signed an agreement to acquire MODA Technology Partners (Wayne, PA), a software company that provides quality control solutions. MODA’s technology platform offers automated data collection, on-demand analytics and workflow visualization of regulated manufacturing processes including environmental monitoring, utility testing, and product testing.
