The two companies agreed in March 2007 to jointly discover and develop novel sweetness enhancers and bitter blocker compounds for use in the food and beverage industry. Givaudan says its own salt reduction and sweetness enhancement initiatives have yielded “commercially successful results,” negating the need to continue its partnership with Redpoint...
