GPCA: Sipchem Buys Swiss Trading Firm Aectra

Saudi International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia) announced today, on the sidelines of the annual GPCA Forum now taking place in Dubai, that its affiliate Sipchem Marketing and Services Co. (SMSC) has acquired the Swiss petrochemical trading firm Aectra SA (Lutry, Switzerland). The deal represents Sipchem’s first acquisition.
