DSM reports fire at Swiss intermediates production facility

DSM today reported a fire at a utilities building of one of its intermediates production plants at Sisseln, Switzerland, which occurred about a week ago. Only equipment was damaged; personal safety, the environment, or public health has not been harmed, the company says. The production of a few intermediates, mainly for animal nutrition and health, has been interrupted. The impact to customers is expected to be minimal.
