BASF to Retain Basel as a Major Center of Operations Following Ciba Acquisition

BASF says its paper chemical operating division will be headquartered at Basel, effective July 1. The division was established last April, when BASF completed the acquisition of Ciba Specialty Chemicals. Ciba had its headquarters at Basel.
