BASF and Evolva Sign Agreement to Collaborate in Crop Protection

BASF and Evolva Holding (Reinach, Switzerland), an innovative synthetic biology company,  have signed an agreement for joint research and design of novel and optimized biosynthesis routes for selected natural products with crop protection potential. The collaboration will initially cover two projects with BASF paying Evolva an up-front technology access fee and ongoing research fees.
