Roche Sells Four Products to Swedish Firm for €120 million

Roche says it has signed an agreement to sell four of its pharmaceutical products to specialty pharmaceutical company Meda (Solna, Sweden). The worldwide product rights are being sold for a total of €120 million, and the transaction is expected to close by the end of the year, Roche says.
