Perstorp appoints CEO and president

Perstorp (Perstorp, Sweden) says it is appointing Jan Secher CEO and president, replacing Martin Lundin. Secher was most recently CEO at Ferrostaal (Essen, Germany), and CEO of Clariant in 2006–08. He has also worked for Sicpa (Prilly, Switzerland) and ABB (Zurich). Lundin will remain involved in certain strategic projects of Perstorp, including Vencorex, its joint venture with PTT Global Chemical (Bangkok). Secher will join Perstorp in September.
