Orica Bidding for Services Firm?

Orica has bid more than €900 million ($1.2 billion) to acquire mining services company Dywidag-Systems International (DSI; Aschheim, Germany) from private equity firm Industri Kapital (Stockholm), Australian press reports say. Industri Kapital has put DSI up for sale and received 12 other bids, including one from private equity firm Bain Capital, the reports say. Orica declined to comment.
