Inver Inks European Powder Coatings Business Deal

Inver (Bologna), an industrial liquid and powder coatings firm, has acquired the European powder coatings business of AB Wilh. Becker (Höganäs, Sweden). Terms were not disclosed. The deal includes plants at: Debica, Poland; L’Aquila, Italy; Liverpool, U.K.; and Thouars, France. The acquisition makes Inver the fourth-largest producer in the European powder coatings market, Inver says.
