Ineos and Doeflex combine PVC compounding operations

Ineos announced today that its Ineos Compounds unit and Doeflex Compounding have combined their polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compounding operations. The news follows a recent approval by the European Commission to go ahead with the plan. The newly combined business, now known as Ineos Compounds, features an integrated management team from both entities.   The move has created a leading European PVC compounds producer with revenues in excess of €200.0 million ($262.5 million) and manufacturing sites in the United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland.  ...
