Eka Cuts Sodium Chlorate Output

Eka Chemicals (Gothenburg, Sweden) says it will reduce sodium chlorate production capacity due to weak market demand and high energy costs. Output will be stopped temporarily at the company’s Mo i Rana, Norway facility, the company says.
