Distributor Caldic acquires former IFF site in Sweden

Caldic Sweden, a food ingredients distributor and subsidiary of specialty chemicals distributor Caldic (Rotterdam), has acquired the former production site of International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) at Knislinge, Sweden. The acquisition includes offices, laboratories and testing facilities, production facilities, and warehouses. Caldic says it intends to maintain the site's production plant, which it plans to use for blending functional ingredients.
