DSM Invests in Bioprocess Control

DSM says its corporate venturing unit DSM Venturing, has made an equity investment in Bioprocess Control (Lund, Sweden), a company that provides advanced control technologies for the commercial biogas industry. Financial and investment details were not disclosed. A cooperation agreement has been signed, in addition to the investment, which will enable DSM and Bioprocess Control to leverage their complementary activities in the area of biogas.
