Sabic Opens Polyetherimide Plant in Spain

 Sabic Innovative Plastics has opened its second polyetherimide (PEI) resin plant at Cartagena, Spain. The $300-million plant represents a 35% increase in Sabic's PEI capacity, the company says. The plant will "provide customers with higher supply dependability," Sabic says.
