Repsol Acquires Stake in Industrial Biotech Development Company

Repsol says it has agreed to acquire a 50% stake in Neol Biosolutions, an entity that has been split off from Neuron Bio's (Granada, Spain) bioindustrial business. The joint venture will accelerate the development at industrial scale of processes developed by Neuron Bio to obtain advanced biofuels.
