Italmatch buys Thermphos's Dequest and phosphorus chlorides businesses

Italmatch Chemicals (Genoa, Italy), a producer of phosphorus derivatives and specialty additives for plastics, lubricants, and water management, has acquired the Dequest phosphonates business and the phosphorus chlorides operations from Thermphos International (Vlissingen, Netherlands).
