Ercros to sell Fosfatos de Cartagena to Timab Iberica

Ercros (Barcelona) announced that on 10 January it has signed agreements with Timab Ibérica, a subsidiary of the French Roullier group, to sell its 100% stake in Fosfatos de Cartagena for €1.6 million ($2.2 million).
