Dow Water Solutions Expands

Dow Water Solutions, a unit of Dow Chemical, says it will invest $88 million to expand its Edina water treatment facility, and a further $15 million to establish a global water technology development center at its existing Tarragona, Spain facility. The Edina expansion will increase the company’s total output by 25% initially and allow production of additional reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes, Dow says.
