These discussions are at a preliminary stage and there is no certainty that they will result in a transaction, Crucell says. Wyeth if offering to pay up to $1.35 billion to buy Crucell, say press reports. French pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Aventis (Paris) is also expected to make a rival bid for Crucell, reports...
