Styron cuts styrene butadiene latex capacity in Europe on declining demand

Styron Europe (Horgen, Switzerland), leader in the production of styrene butadiene (SB) latex, has reduced SB latex capacity in Europe, the company announced today. Styron reduced production by a combined 70,000 m.t./year at plants located at Hamina, Finland; Rheinmunster, Germany; and Terneuzen, the Netherlands.
