Stamicarbon Acquires Noy Engineering Reinforcing Maire Tecnimont's Licensing Business

Stamicarbon, the licensing and intellectual property (IP) business of the engineering group Maire Tecnimont (Rome), has acquired Noy Engineering (Bergamo, Italy) from sister company Tecnimont, the main contracting company within Maire Tecnimont. The move forms part of a strategic plan by Maire Tecnimont to create a center of licensing and IP within the group.
