The business will operate as a 50-50 global joint venture between DSM and Sinochem, under the DSM Anti-Infectives name and headquartered in Hong Kong. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2011 and be retroactive to January 1, 2011, subject to regulatory approval.
