SAFC, ASMI Ink Deal for New Semiconductor Precursors

SAFC, a business unit of Sigma Aldrich, says its Hitech electronic chemicals business segment will supply specialist Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) source materials to ASM International N.V. (Almere, The Netherlands) and its customers under a certified manufacturer and partnership agreement.
