Odfjell Confirms Partial Restart of Rotterdam Tank Terminal

Odfjell says that limited operations have restarted at the company's Rotterdam tank-storage terminal, and that the facility is operating at about 20% capacity. The company halted operations at Odfjell Terminals Rotterdam (OTR), last July, to carry out urgent safety upgrades.
