Johnson & Johnson Buys 18% Stake in Crucell

Biopharmaceutical company Crucell (Leiden, Netherlands) says that Johnson & Johnson (J&J), through its affiliate JHC Nederland, has purchased about 18% of Crucell’s outstanding ordinary shares for a total purchase price of €302 million ($441 million).
