Indorama Completes Deal to Acquire Wellman International

Indorama Ventures (Bangkok), says it has completed a previously announced deal to acquire Wellman International (Mullagh, Ireland) from industrial holding company Aurelius (Munich). Wellman International is Europe's leading producer of polyester staple fiber and the largest recycler of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles.
