German firm completes oleochemical additives expansion at Dutch site

Peter Greven (Bad Münstereifel, Germany), a producer of oleochemical additives, is starting up a production facility for metallic soaps at its Venlo, Netherlands, site this month, the company says. Peter Greven started constructing the facility in September 2013. The added production is expected to help satisfy the increasing demand for vegetable stearates required by the pharmaceutical, food, feed, and cosmetic industries.
