ExxonMobil Chemical to sell BOPP business to Jindal Poly Films, more than doubling Jindal's capacity

Jindal Poly Films (JPFL; New Delhi), a flexible packaging firm belonging to the BC Jindal Group, on Friday notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has entered into an agreement with ExxonMobil Chemical to acquire ExxonMobil’s global biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) business.
