The copolymers will be available starting in July 2011. Capacity and DuPont’s investment in the project were not disclosed. DuPont says it will increase capacity for Bynel-brand adhesive resins, Fusabond-brand modifier resins, and Appeel-brand lidding sealants used in packaging, construction and industrial markets.
