Delamine Confirms Ethylene Amines Capacity Hike

Delamine (Delfzijl, the Netherlands), an equally owned joint venture between AkzoNobel and Tosoh, has confirmed CW’s exclusive report that it will expand its ethylene amines complex at Delfzijl (CW, Oct. 13/20, p. 15). The phased expansion will lift capacity by more than 35%, to 55,000 m.t./year by 2010.
