DSM completes acquisition of Brazilian animal nutrition firm

DSM has completed the acquisition of animal nutrition firm Tortuga Companhia Zootécnica Agrária (São Paulo), the company announced today. The 1.16-billion reais ($581.6 million) deal was initially announced in August last year, as reported by CW.
