DSM Reorganizes Dutch Site as it Prepares to Sell Assets

DSM says it will reorganize its manufacturing and services actitivies at the Chemelot industry park in Geleen, the Netherlands as it prepares its previously announced divestment program, which will transform the company into a life sciences and materials sciences organization under its Vision 2010 strategy.
