Regions :: Western Europe :: Netherlands DSM Pushes Back Schedule for Some Planned Divestments6:50 AM MDT | March 9, 2009 | Alex Scott DSM’s Feike Sijbesma this morning told CW that the company continues to be “on track” regarding the previously disclosed plan to divest its antibiotics businesses but that it will delay the planned sale of some of its other businesses, including fertilizers, melamine, and elastomers. DSM is delaying the sell off process for some divestment targets in order to give investors time to arrange financing in light of the scarcity of available capital, Sijbesma says.
