DSM Completes Sale of DSM Energy

DSM says it has finalized the previously announced sale of DSM Energie Holding (DSM Energy) to Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA; Abu Dhabi) for an enterprise value of €285 million. DSM had announced its plan to sell DSM Energy to TAQA in July 2009. DSM Energy participates in oil and gas exploration and pipelines, including the 40% participation in Noordgastransport.
