DSM Buys Polyester Polymer Assets

DSM Engineering Plastics, a DSM subsidiary, has agreed to acquire the polymerization assets of Diolen Industrial Fibers (Arnhem, the Netherlands). The deal includes polyester polymer plants at Emmen, the Netherlands, which will be integrated with DSM’s polyester compounding unit at Emmen.
