Cognis Completes UV Acrylates Sale

Cognis has completed the sale of its UV acrylates business to IGM Resins (Waalwijk, the Netherlands), the companies say. The deal was first announced in April and was originally expected to close by June 1. Employees of the business, which was formerly a part of Cognis's functional products segment, have officially been transferred to IGM Resins, IGM says. The size of the deal was not disclosed.
