Solutia Divests Two Rubber Chemical Units

Solutia has sold its dithiocarbamates (DTCs) and tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide (TBzTD) rubber businesses to Performance Additives Europe for $26 million. The divested businesses had combined sales of about $39 million and combined Ebitda of about $5 million. The DTCs and TBzTD are manufactured at Termoli, Italy.
